There is no one I would trust...

There is no one I would trust my car to other than Kurt`s. They have been fixing my cars and trucks 20 yrs now and always honest and thorough. If there is a mistake, they correct it. Slamming a truly honest local independent business smells like an unhappy competitor to me. Just sayin`.

My first encounter with Kurt`s...

My first encounter with Kurt`s Auto Svc. in Highland MI was easy and streight forward. oil change, air filter, fix a flat, balance and rotate tires.... Everything was done perfectly and my vehicle hadn`t driven as nice in over a year due to "other shop`s" inability to diagnose a problem at all! If Kurt`s Auto Svc. hadn`t gone above and beyond the call of duty, I would have headed to a family wedding 8 h... view moreours away and most probably would not have made it there! There was a bad tie-rod end that previous shop did not find, Thank you Kurt`s Auto Svc. for keeping me alive so I can give my opinion.. =) Then just two days ago my car started making noises and I KNEW I needed break work. I left my car at Kurt`s Auto Svc. for evaluation and will save the rest for my next review. Again, thanks Kurt`s Auto Svc. for outstanding attention to detail, I am liking doing business with someone I trust. Kathy G

Just got my car back from Kurt...

Just got my car back from Kurt&quot;s. Once again I was more than happy with everything. Saved me ALOT of money , friendly &amp; HONEST service. These guys service all of my family`s vehicles and have always done an outstanding job. These guys stand behind there work 100% &amp; I`ve always been happy with the work performed.

Wow I was dumbfounded to find ...

Wow I was dumbfounded to find the negative reviews here about Kurts! I`ve been using Kurts since they opened and have had nothing but great customer service, reliable repairs, and fair prices. I have moved out of state but still send my kids there for repairs and recommend Kurts whenever I have the opportunity.

I can`t believe anybody would ...

I can`t believe anybody would give Kurt&quot;s a less than favorable review. These guys have always given me great prices &amp; great service. They stand 100% behind their work and I have always have been totally satified in my experiences with them. There has was a time where one of my children was on their way out of town and we found a problem with their vehicle, brought it to Kurt`s &amp; they did th... view moree repair while we waited. I can`t recommend them enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would have. Honesty, quality &amp; excellent service, what more could I ask for.

Wonderful

The customer service was excellent. Fairly priced, reasonable service time, and honest service. The receptionist was wonderful! And the cute guy was nice to look at :-)

Go elsewhere

I agree with other posts. Rudest customer service, dishonest dealings. Shameful. I am an elderly woman who cannot make it out very far for car service and I feel I was taken advantage of.

Lousy customer service

The receptionist was absolutely rude. The service was fast and fairly priced, but I have never been treated so rudely. Never again and will not recommend.
