Used Car Buyer Beware

I bought a used car from these guys and I love it! So what`s the problem? They don`t honor what they advertise. The salesman was very pleasant, negotiated what I thought was a fair price, and he remained quite (superficially) pleasant throughout the whole ordeal. The car did not come with all of the options that were advertised, but they said they would fix the problem. Again, everything seemed OK. Once I had p... view moreaid for the car, they did not live up to their promise. Their USED sales manager was very rude to me on the phone when I spoke to him for the first time to try to resolve the issue; he would not talk to me about the matter, said "this conversation is over", and hung up. Proof: this has all been documented by the Better Business Bureau, who had to handle the problem and get me a refund from FOX. FOX never apologized for this hassle or waste of my time, even though the BBB determined they were in the wrong.

Service department not the greatest

While the sales and office staff are professional and nice, the service department is a different story. I bought my car there and even for routine maintenance there was always some issue or sour attitude. I finally got tired of it and started taking my VW to another dealer whose service is leaps and bounds better across the board and have yet to have a negative situation after 7 years.
