I was in Baldwin on a Friday morning and found, I had blow-en front seal on my trans mission. The locales said this this is the place to call. So after talking to Mar`s Auto they said Monday and $400.00 to fix the front seal. I had the truck there on Sunday and called Monday t... view moreo let them know the keys were in the gas area, was told they were busy and tomorrow. Friday not hearing from them and knowing they closed for the week end I drove up from Muskegon. At that time I was informed Saturday at 10 am it would be ready. I picked Up the Subberbin and payed my bill $447.14. Now I was in formed that I had 3 speeds not 4. But before I got out of town I had 4, I called and informed them it was working. Now I almost made it half way back to Muskegon when the front seal blow out again. I then called and found out I was on my own. So after Taking it to National Transmission In Muskegon and $1,511.30I was told that they had not disconnected the detente cable and broke it as well left out several bell housing bolts and several cross member bolts. There advice was the next time I broke down up north was to have it towed home. I try ed to help the locales and found as usual buyer be wear11111111111111111111111111111!
