Long delays

I was in an auto accident and I my insurance company suggested 4m. I should have gone elsewhere. They informed me that my car would be ready on a Thursday, and when I called to make sure, they told me friday. Oh well no big deal. So I call the next day and low and behold its not ready. 7 days after and I am still waiting for my car with open ended promises every day. The Worse Ever

I took my SUV in for some front end damage and picked it up with way more damage then when I dropped it off. The work that they did do was shotty. Lose parts and rattles. They refuse to fix the damage they did. Told me its not worth it. They damage it and tell me that! I will tell everyone I know not to go there if you want a great job. They can`t handle anything.
