Great dealership and service

Leased an ML 350 - great vehicle. Service department is great and seems honest especially after our previous experience at Lexus of Watertown (beware!). They wash your car after each service and you need to bring it only once a year. Buying the car was a bit of a hassle and took all day. Great cars, great service, great people

My wife and I have bought two Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the last two years - she has an ML and I have an E350. Rob and Chip were our salesmen, and both are true professionals. In both purchases, they each took the time to explain not only the subtleties of each vehicle (navigation system, etc), but were also patient with us in explaining the leases.
