Alex is knows the products completely, but most important was probably the most professional and respectful sales person I have worked with in a long time. Horrible experience

Bought a car was delievered dirty and exterior had swirl marks from poor buffing. Was told that is the way the clean cars. The finance manager did not send info to agent so into my second week with car I still have no sticker. When called told me he would get to it he has seven days to do paperwork and hung up. I tried to offer insurance companies info said he didn`t need it. Then he called my wife and asked her for ... view moreit the next day. Then he called again and told her we had to go back and sign a form the he forgot and was rude to her. Now I don`t even want the car, but I am stuck with it and still no registation.
