Irritated by wrong diagnosis

I don`t trust their word. I was told I need 1 tire and an inner tie rod. It would cost me about $650 to repair the tie rod get an alignment but 2 new tires and do an oil change. Turns out it was not the tie rod it was the rack and pinion and I need 3 tires. Total cost $1050. That`s a big difference. In my opinion always ask a second shop before getting the work done here. And not to mention the owner was quite rude w... view morehen I asked for an estimate of all the repairs needed. Was very short and snappy on his responses to any question I asked. Certainly did not make me feel my business was welcome.
