My salesperson was awesome. The car (M37x) is very nice. However, they made a mistake on their contract, that I already signed. Went back to deliver 2 Titles for my 2 trades, and they made me wait over an hr, to tell me I needed to sign a new contract & I owed them $800 more. I asked to speak to a Mgr, & this Tool wanted to verbally spar. I have never been talked to in this way. if I didn`t have two cars to b... view morering home, I would have told him where he could shove the keys! Customer service is non existent. I would not recommend this dealership, or anything from this manager!

I highly recommend

Bought my new Infinti here and had my old one serviced here. Ive always felt they treated me good. They have went out of their way to make me happy on more than 1 occasion and Im not easy to please.

Horrible Dealership

Please shop elsewhere for an Infiniti. This dealership lied over and over to make the sale. They pushed and pushed and wouldn`t take no for an answer. We wanted to walk many times and they kept promising idle promises to keep us there. Dealership for Life is a joke just to spend more money there! Nothing is for free with this dealership. Will say anything for the sale and then pull it back claiming they didn`t ... view moresay that. Conversations with the owner and sales manager were a joke, very unpleasant ungrateful dealership!

Bad experience

So called ""Dealership for Life"" with free oil change and tire rotation is a gimmick! You must pay for expensive maintnaince service at each time to exchange for free oil change and tire rotation. Besides, You`ll get answering machine each time when you call for service dept.
