I took my car to Peters because my insurance company`s claims representative has an office there. Peters was to fix a dent and cracked paint in my front door caused by a deer running into my front driver`s side door. I was quoted 7 days so I rented a car for 7 days. By the 8th day, I called Peters to check on my car and I was told it would be ready "tomorrow." However, "tomorrow" didn`t come for 3... view more more days. So I had to rent another car. When I picked up my car, the front door was smooth and the paint matched perfectly, but there were new dings and scratches on my trunk and passenger doors. Also, my driver side window would not roll down anymore. I took my car back to Peters to fix the window. Well, the window works, but now there`s a new ding in the door that I initially took my car there to fix. Waste of time and money.
