I have always had great customer service going to this Jiffy Lube, but 2 weeks ago after having my oil changed, I started leaking oil, I took my car to get check out and Jiffy lube didn`t put a screw back in tight enough, so I leaked oil for about 1 1/2. I getting this information about the screw I took it back to the same Jiffy Lube, the manager proceed to tell me they didn`t have enough information to refund my mon... view moreey, despite handing him the receipt from the other shop showing they tighten a screw due to my oil being changed.
