Frankel Mid-Atlantic Collision is absolutely terrible in every aspect. I got into an automobile accident and was told that the repairs would be completed within 3 weeks. I am currently in week 13 with no vehicle. The employees at Frankel have lied on multiple occasions. Frankel has also tried to state that the repairs on my vehicle have been completed on multiple occasions, although it is visible to the naked eye tha... view moret there have been many mistakes. I would NEVER suggest anyone that I know to go Frankel Mid-Atlantic Collision to get any type of work done to their vehicle.
