worst customer service EVER!!

I have never received such rude customer service in my life. To make matters worse, it was the owner of the shop that I was dealing with. Not willing to help me, swearing, and just plain unprofessional. I only went to this estaplishment because of my insurance company, but I promise you, I will never step foot in this business again. I will also voice my concerns to my insurance company to ensure they do not send... view more unsespecting customers in to such a poorly run estaplishment. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
