The secretary in the office wa...

The secretary in the office was frustrated with me because I could not be there at 8am. She felt as though I would be "squeezed in" and did not like the fact that I would have to wait hours in the lobby area. When I arrived a little after 9am, she threw the clipboard on the desk and asked me to fill out the paper regarding my info about the car. After I was done she snatched the clipboard and the marched ou... view moret of the door letting out a big sigh. I asked her if she was having a bad day but she denied it. I then asked to speak to the owner and he then came out and I explained to him what happened. He seemed not at all apologetic. I then asked for my keys and told the secretary that she ruined my experience before I even got started.A family member recommended me but they need better customer service. I would not recommend it .
