Horrible service and rude staff

A number of my colleagues and I went to Sushi Zawa for dinner last weekend and were treated horribly!! The service was very slow and it took us over an hour to get our sushi we finally had to tell them to cancel three of our rolls because it was just taking too long! BUT this is not the worst part! After politely asking the waiter for some sort of discount- since the food took so long to come out and a couple of my f... view moreriends hadnt even eaten since they ordered the sushi that we then had to cancel- we were told that they were not willing to work with us on ANY compensation! We were shocked by their tone and rudeness, and asked if they were interested in repeat customers? We were told you can go across the street to eat instead. We have regular customers, and they arent like you people WOW!! Hearing those words from anyone, no less a manager at a restaurant, was amazing in itself! Being a racially mixed group we were MORE than offended by her use of you people. All I can say is that I was SO astonished to not only observe, but be apart of this lack of service it was disgustingly prejudice and shocking! I will never return to Sushi Zawa- which is actually called Fuji Sushi & Grill so be prepared to get lost looking for it- and I will warn everyone I know to steer clear!!
