The shop boast life time warranty on their signature paint specials. The staff is thuggish looking and exhibit behavior as such when communicating; my perception. My car was promised in 5 days however took 13 days, special race stripes proved too much to handle for the so called expert. On the day of scheduled pick up, car had obvious rearend damage and paint contained excessive runover and grit in surface. I did receive a call from a gentleman claiming to be a divisional manager however his demeanor and mannerism leads me to wonder where they receive their training in customer service.
