Upon graduating from high school Rod entered Lincoln Technical Institute, where he learned advanced engine operations and used computer based diagnostic tools to enhance his growing knowledge of automobile engines. After graduating from Lincoln he went on to land a job at one of Nothern Virginias largest Ford dealership, where he became lead technician. Although Rod was perfecting and using the most advanced technology in auto repair at a leading automotive repair shop, his goal was to open his own repair shop.
