We`ve always had excellent service at University Auto! We purchased a car through them and the entire experience was wonderful and went very smoothly. The service is excellent and each time we`ve met with them over the past few years, we`ve felt taken care of on a personal level from start to finish.

Did not complete work, almost ...

Did not complete work, almost recked because of it. The one man there was rude with No manors, yelled at me about the bill because they charged me more than I was quoted. Brake work was done in December but I had to have a line replaced and the brake pads put ion in March, plus the back brakes where not adjusted. Lost brakes going to work, luckly none my children and grandchildren where not with me and I didn"t... view more hit anyone.
