complete rip off. i purchased a rebuilt motor for my car and it is complete junk. i have been trying to call and the numbers were changed. te one number that does work goes straight to voicemail and they never call back now im out over 900.00

Wrong parts company

I purchased a transmission from Bayou for $971.00 two months ago, was sent the wrong one, and have been lied to ever since. This company is a nightmare, stay away. I only wish I had seen the bad reviews before I purchased from RONNY. The one star that I rated this company is only because the website would not allow me to rate 0 stars.

Stay away from this parts dealer

The wrong parts were sent to me and I returned them. Being unable to locate the correct parts the owner Ronny Arnold promised to refund my $750. Month after month I have been given sob stories by Ronny and was even told that the check is in the mail. I am out $750 to Bayou Auto Parts and they do not answer the phone or return the messages I leave on the voice mail.
