We had a Bill of Sale for a vehicle that Hood did not even own. To our surprise, when we received the documents they were notarized by a Salvadore Mortillaro who we never met however he signed those documents stating that we Swore and Subscribed before him, a person who we never met. I personally spoke with Salvadore Mortillaro this morning and he confirmed that he notarizes thousands of documents for your firm on a regular basis without the signer being present. Considering that you may have thousands of documents including sales, leases, mortgages and more that were notarized in this fashion, we are concerned about the legality and validity of not only our sale but those others involving Salvadore Motillaro.
