John and Charles are not trustworthy. They take jobs they cannot complete or handle. They took my money yet did not repair my car. I brought my car to another repair shop who had to fix their mistakes. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST your CAR!!! The BBB has been notified.

worst experience of my life

I brought my car to this mechanic over 5 days ago. They have had it in the shop twice in those 5 days and my check engine light is still on and the vehicle is almost undriveable. When I called today to explain the situation the man on the phone had the nerve to be RUDE to me. I paid over $400 in repairs and still do not have a properly running vehicle. Very disapppointing!
