broke my rearview mirror and wouldn`t pay for it

Don`t go here! We also would give them less than one star if we could. When I called, I told them that I needed a new windshield and that I needed two side windows put back on their tracks. They told me that the total (including the supposed 50% coupon) would be $165. When I got to the store, they refused to give me the price they quoted and wanted an additional $65 per side window. Uh no. We had driven all the way f... view morerom Uptown so we decided to go ahead and get the windshield fixed. But when I came back to get my car, I found out that they broke my rearview mirror. AND they refused to pay to fix it! Overall, terrible experience.

Worst Customer Service Ever

If I could give them less than one star I would. Their customer service was HORRIBLE. I received an online quote that was over $100 less than what I was quoted on the phone. The agent rudely barked that she was giving me the best deal and that their online quote was wrong! Politely I asked about the 50% coupon from this site, once again she ordered that she had given me the best price, that the coupon was misleadi... view moreng and was already taken into account. REALLY? Being verbally assaulted is not something I`m willing to pay for, so I`ll take my business elsewhere and suggest you to do the same.

best glass shop

the first time i got my windshield cracked, i tried a glass masters in new orleans and they did a great job. so while in metairie someone broke in my drive side door and broke the glass, i called glass masters here and they scheduled me an appointment the same day. it didnt take long to replace the new glass and they had the same great service and price. thank you!

open saturdays

My windshield got damaged from a rock on the road a couple weeks ago and it cracked right in the middle of the driver side, so i had to get it replaced. i called several glass shops and glass masters had the best price. they scheduled me an appointment and replaced my window in what seemed to be an hour, great service i recommend this for all glass damage.
