More than I expected

They really have their program down. It`s great. My trainer knows exactly what I need to get where I want to go. 22 lbs. lost in 7 weeks and doing it the right way. My whole program is laid out for me all I do is follow it. I feel great and look great. They also have the best pricing. They Really are Exceptional

These people are wonderful. I had a terrible training experience before and came to them. It has been great they really have made it fun and I am enjoying training for the first time. They worked to make me successful and I like that. Professional trainers and program. They are exceptional.

37 lbs. and still going!

I love working out with these trainers. My primary trainer is Colt Lemoine in Covington and I work once a week with Bridgette in Mandeville. My program is challenging and works. I workout 50 mins. each time and I`ve lost 37 lbs. in 11 weeks. Their program works! 5 STARS!
