I had an appointment with John Williams the Internet Sales Manager 318-629-1269 jwilliams@orrbmw.dealerspace.com But he didn`t show or called. At 10:30 I called John`s office to see if something had happened but the operator told me that John was at the dealership but not answering his extensions and asked me if I wanted to leave a message. My guess is that customers are not important to this company if a manag... view moreer can`t keep an appointment or at least have the decency to call and cancel.
