Took FOREVER

Came in for simple tire repair. Told it would be an hour. Went ha breakfast came back and hour and a half later and they hadnt even LOOKED at it. Husband gripes and they finally look and it "can`t be fixed." so have to get new tire. Takes 15 minutes to get it mounted and in the trunk. Almost a 3 hour ordeal when it shouldn`t have taken near that amount of time. Let alone two cars that had been serviced ther... view moree were brought BACK while we waited because they weren`t drivable. Overall bad experience.
