This was my first and last exp...

This was my first and last experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are outrageous and employees are not the friendliest. Very disappointed in overall service.

NO LONGER A CUSTOMER

UNITED AUTO GLASS AND MADISONVILLE GARAGE DOOR ARE THE SAME COMPANY OR SISTER COMPANIES IF I`M NOT MISTAKEN. I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH BOTH. I WAS TOLD A DOOR I ORDERED WOULD BE INSTALLED IN 4 WEEKS... IT TOOK NEARLY 4 MONTHS. I ORDERED 4 CUSTOM CUT WINDOWS THAT WERE TO BE INSTALLED A WEEK LATER. A WEEK LATER WHEN NO ONE SHOWED UP I CALLED. I WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER CUT GLASS. I HAVE TO KEEP MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY ... view moreALSO... THEY HAVE TWICE PUT ME BEHIND SCHEDULE.
