Stay Away!!!
This place is the worst auto care center we have ever dealt with. We took our van to be looked at and was not told there would be a fee to find out the problem. They told us it was the alternator and it would be over 400.00 to fix the vehicle. She said they were also going to charge us 102.00 just for looking at the vehicle! We told them we were never told we would be charged just to look at it. They told us they don... view more`t work for free and would only accept cash after we expressed our feelings over being ripped off. So basically they are holding our vehicle for ransom. STay away from these people!! They are dishonest, rude and ridiculous. How can they make us pay with cash only? They are refusing to accept any other form of payment!! I am going to report them to the BBB and call our local county attorney for advice. Please take your vehicle somewhere else. We sure have learned our lesson!!
