Our salesman said we could give them $500 to hold a car for 2 days till Saturday when we could pick it up. THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE without even calling us to let us know or give us a chance to pick it up early. SO DISAPPOINTING. Deciding on a car is a stressful enough process without having to do it all again. The next pick will be from SOMEWHERE ELSE! If one of your apprehensions about buying a car is because you know car sales people and dealerships to be underhanded and shady then this place will only further that stereotype. They boast about there 172 point inspection list. It`s easy to just go through and check off that you have looked at something and done nothing about it. The day I bought my car I had to come back twice because my alignment was off. Immedia... view moretely after driving off the lot. TWICE!! Then after expressing concerns about it taking awhile to turn over they ignored me and told me that my warranty was good and would fix something if it was wrong. Instead of looking at it then. Not exactly something you want to hear after spending that much money on a car. The very next day I go to start my car and it won`t start. It took me six times to actually get my car running. I was told by the sales person Nate and the sales accountant Chris that I could bring the car back if I had any problems. What they didnt tell me was that I could only exchange my car for another one of their "quality" certified used cars. After my whole experience there I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel lied to and ripped off.
