Mark is amazing, His mechanics not so much...

After many visits and hopeful tries I am deciding to look elsewhere. The work Mr. Trokey does himself is undeniably GREAT, however recently he`s left a majority of the work up to his assistants; who`s work is spotty and inconsistent - and sometimes downright rude. Multiple times, I ended up bringing the car back to them (only days later) for the same problem because they `missed` something. And you pay for it too. Th... view moreey try to save you money by not selling you anything unless you need it, but as a result, the problem isn`t fully repaired. THEN, you have to bring the car back - or have it towed back - and wait for days before they attend to it again - giving you no remorse (emotionally or monetarily) for the fact you`ve already waited and PAID. The last straw was when Trokey`s mechanics told me ""its your fault"" and the reason the car wasn`t fixed was because ""you drive your car into the ground"" Not cool.
