Jump in front of traffic, you will have a better experience. I have had a car I bought there almost a year. It is a 2007. I have had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to Wallys 5 times this year for the transmission. Sometimes they keep it weeks, up to three months. Twice it never made it home from the repairs. I got it back a week ago and it went out again last night. They refuse to give me service records... view more, refuse to work on it. They say go somewhere else, but my warranty covers him since he did the work incorrectly and should have to fix it. He refuses to get on the phone with me, a woman, and will not return my calls or my husbands. The woman Kelly is rude and sounds mad at us that we are upset and acts like we should just go away. The car is unsafe, will stop on the highway and only go 30 if will go at all. He refuses to stand by his work, service dept or product. THe place is gross, the people are rude and the cars are unsafe. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Check reviews and BBB. Typical used car dealer, flipping salvaged cars and chopping cars. One star is the overstatement of the year. He is a coward.
