VERY RELIABLE

I`ve been taking my car there for years. It has almost 300,000 miles on it and still going strong. I have had my break downs. Like when the engine would not start. It would just crank but not even try to start. It was quickly determined that the disturber was bad. Replacing the disturber was going to cost a lot of money. Well they offered to try and repair the old one for a lot less. The only problem was the parts ha... view mored to be ordered out of state. I opted to order the parts. This is just one time they have saved me money. It just is so nice to have a repair shop offer me the option of repairs.

The best value in town

I`m not sure if a one hour oil change is really a con, considering all that is included.
They change the oil, rotate the tires and even check the balance, give a complete inspection.
They seem REALLY concerned about the health of my car. Sure they want to sell me something. They aren`t pushy, they let me decide what should be done. I feel it`s a win win kind of relationship with them. They let me kno... view morew what they think my car needs are now or in the future. I recomend them to anyone who wants to take care of their car.

HONEST HONEST HONEST

This is one of the few garage`s where I never feel as though someone is trying to take advantage of me. They do excellent work and have integrity. They are very nice to work with and I never have to wonder if they are trying to ""jack up"" a repair issue to make more money. I have suggested to many friends they use Karl`s next time they experience a problem with their vehicle.
