SUCKS!!!!!

They need to take all the impact guns away from the mechanics and replace them with torque wrenches. Every bolt they touched was waaay over-torqued, making it impossible to ever replace a flat tire on the side of the road.

trigger happy mechanics

They over torqued every bolt they touched. I couldn`t even break my lug nuts free with my impact gun or a breaker bar, yet they insist they are torqued to spec. They also overtightened and stripped the oil drain plug. I even asked them to tighten everything to spec last time I went in since I couldn`t get my tires off to rotate them. 3rd strike, I won`t be going back.
