rips off single mothers!!

My friend bought a 2001 car from Javi. The selling price was double kelly blue book price for condition. It was bought with half down and agreement to pay $50 a week. The young single mom had car for less than 72 hrs and the engine blew completely apart on indina rte 3. Javi dispatched wrecker to get it. The next day Javi blames the young lady. He then convinces her to buy "one he was keeping for himself" a... view more 1995 KBB valued at $1500 for $2500 . She pays another $675 and gets the car. She immediatly hears bad brakes and comlains. He says they are fine. In less than 14 days car has a rim with a hole worn in it by bad brakes and car has a broken A frame. Javi tows car and tell her tough luck. She now has no car and nothing to show for the $1400 she paid. She drove both cars toal less than 3 weeks. This guy is a crook!
