HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The mechanic got black oil marks all over my cars carpet. I tried to clean it myself but it would not come out. I returned to ask them to clean it or pay for it to be cleaned. They tried to say it did not happen there but I am 100 percent positive it did. I dont like to complain but felt I had to when I could not get it out. A man with a ponytail named Al who said he was the manager even yelled at me and was very rud... view moree. I will never return and recomend anybody considering this place to beware. The manager, if he really was the manager, would not give me a corperate or any other number to contact anyone about this. Hopefully the owners of this company will see this review and know how poorly thier customers are being treated. He made me feel horible over something that really was not that big a deal. I will never return to Patriot Tire and Auto.
