Ive been taking my mini vans h...

Ive been taking my mini vans here for years. In the past they have seemed fair, done good work, great service and pretty fast. BUT recently THEY HAVE BEEN DOING POOR WORK. perhaps due to mechanics changes. I took my van in and asked them to check the breaks.They `turned the rotors` as they siad it was needed. The brakes felt worse afterwards! Took it back in 2 times and they siad everything was fine. Then took my van... view more to firestone and they confirmed my thoughts, and said the rotors were warped and needed replaced now! Indytire refused to reimburse my $ for the rotor turning they did that screwed up my brakes! I have no faith in them now. I wont be going back there ever! Its a shame. Also a few months ago they put the wrong engine oil in my can, despite specifically asking them for the correct one.
