There prices a crazy. I wish rays golf cars hadn`t closed at least they were honest. They also sold OEM parts at a cheaper price then Midwest golf cars after market parts. Yea I started with windy city then commented on Midwest they had to change there name after filing bankruptcy again. Windy City Golf Cars definitley blows all right...

I took some broken parts to these people three months ago. After two months I started calling to figure out what was happening. After several missed attempts to speak with ""Ed"" (the owner from what I understand) I finally reached him. He said he would get right on it. A week passed and I started calling again. An employee named ""Tim"" actually offered more help than ""Ed"" and I began speaking with him exclusivel... view morey on the matter. This brings us to the present- Three months of waiting and no parts. My complaint is that if somone actually looked into ordering my parts when I dropped the broken one off I would have saved a lot of time. In conclusion after fourteen phone calls (I kept record) and three months Windy City Carts FAILED and I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.
