Rude Evening Dispatcher

On Friday 2/8/2013 I called and the dispatcher was very RUDE! I even heard him blow off another call. It is great that a dispatcher feels the company he works for is Making enough money he can make a call of that importance to blow off someone in need. I did call on Monday the 11 th of February and reported the dispatcher. They have some "Excellent Dispatchers". I was assured that the situation would b... view moree taken care of. Bennett towing is dangerous! They allow their employees to smoke on the job, around leaking auto fluids. I called the office to report this incident, and the person answering the phone stated "Our employees wouldn`t smoke around gasoline, and oil isn`t flammable."
