Henry the manager and Mike K. a technician are excellent ! both are very trust worthy and knowledgeable. I have had Mike work on my car for several years and he always gone above and beyond. His customer service skills are excellent. I first started in the Fishers location and when Henry and Mike were transferred to the Avon location. I followed them after I was unsatisfied with the new Manager and employees at the F... view moreishers location. I will drive to the west side of town from Fishers for them because I know they will fix my problem the first time and correctly. And in the automobile repair business that is my number one concern.
