I think they also need to post they have a person working there that is a registered offender. I walked in and seen him working there and asked why and was told he was related to the owner by one of the other workers there. I got a quote I asked about the prices and was treated very rudely also. I guess they don`t need the business because they are so busy

NOT SO THRIFTY- poor customer service, expensive repair, and untimely service!

They had my car for 5 hours just for an oil change. The women at the desk was rude and unapologetic. Why I went back a second time, well I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I took my car in for brakes and rotars and they had it for 3 days!!! I had to call several times to find out what was going on and all I kept getting was the mechanics were unavailable or busy with other customers. Finally when I called... view more for the 5th time, they told me car was done. When I went in, I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and the "shop owner" came out. This guy never looked me in the eye and just nodded his head when I explained to him why I was so upset. I don`t trust business people that can`t look me in the eye when they speak to me. I took my invoice and called around to a few other shops in town and found out that I could have saved $150 by going someplace else. Never again will I be a victim of this place!
