Horrible Service and takes advantage of people!

A friend of mine went in to get his new car fixed and it seemed every time it was fixed, while fixing it they messed something else up. After multiple trips in to get a simple sunroof fixed, on the last visit when he thought everything was fine he noticed a crack in the windshield. When he confronted the sales manager he first said yes it could have been something they did. When he went to get that fixed they refused... view more and the story changed, them saying that it was already cracked. BBB has been informed and Lucas Smith is refusing to reimburse for the windshield. People need to know about things like this even if it is something little. Not everyone can keep on paying money for things that weren?ˆ™t their fault all because the businesses we try to support want to take advantage.
