Stay far away from this dealer. Negotiated a deal with Jennifer Clapper, was assigned a sales rep and when I went to test drive the vehicle and put a down payment on it they told me that they sold the vehicle that I wanted to another dealer in Iowa. I talked with Jennifer about 18 hours before I was going to purchase the vehicle and it was still there at that point and time. The sales floor had no idea what was goin... view moreg on. In all of my new car purchases I have never been treated so poorly. Now my family appreciates the level of service that you receive in big market dealers.
