He may or may not be the cheapest, and scheduling can be an issue... becaue he`s popular and they`re busy, but he`s always honest, won`t do work that isn`t necessary, and fixes it right the first time. I`ve taken a problem to him that three other shops failed to fix and he had it properly diagnosed within an hour. They are pro. I have my parents bring down their BMW and Merced after the Chicago shops have flee... view moreced them, and Rick fixes them properly for a fraction of the cost. The one time a problem came back after returning from the shop we brought it back, he looked at it immediately, fixed it, he apologized for the inconvenience and didn`t charge a thing (and that`s one time out of the many times we`ve used in on a number of vehicles). They`re pro.

Service at Rick`s Automotive Service

I`ve been a customer of Rick`s since the late `80s. Rick and his employees have worked on all of my vehicles from race cars to our Durango and I`ve always been completely satisfied. I`ve brought some extremely difficult problems to Rick`s and they have resolved each and every time.

I`ve recommended Rick`s to many people and those that used him reported back that they were very satisfied.
