Unprofessional and horrible service

I had an early Sunday morning tire blow out. After waiting an hour, this company showed up to tow my car to Firestone, appx 3 miles up the highway in Fairview Heights Illinois. He dropped the car off and would not drive me, a single woman, another mile home down the street. I had to walk a little over a mile, home at 6 am after being up all night trying to first change my tire, then waiting on the tow truck. He t... view moreold me "that wasn`t a service they provided" . Sarcastically, he then said, "Have a nice day." I was supposed to wait by my car for 3+ hours until Firestone opened on Sunday morning? To absolutely refuse to take a single woman home 1.5 miles down the street is not only the worst professional customer service experience ever, it also lacks common human courtesy. The driver, a young man, maybe 22 years old, was dirty and his clothes were filthy.
