Excellent customer service. Being female, I am always hesitant to deal with an auto repair shop. Chuck explained to me the possible problems my vehicle was having and what their fixes would be. He even showed me what a part looked like and discussed with me how the part normally fails. A little education is always nice. At no time did he talk to me like a child or an idiot. When I got the bill, it was exactly as they said it was. When I complimented the staff on their behavior towards myself (especially being female), they all sincerely chimed in saying they treat their customers as they would want to be treated. For the first time in my life, I am happy to say I have a regular auto repair shop.
