bought a car feb and 1st week of april the engine needed rebuilt.. they were very rude & UN appreciative of a customer who is never late or missed a payment.Did NOT APPRECIATE. Judy in service center in Decatur was nice.. as far as dirksen in springfield.....DO NOT count on them giving a damn about u at all.... they basically threw me in a car that engine blew in less than 3months or 3000 miles and they hurried m... view moree off the lot....probably knowing id be right back so they can try to charge me another 1300 $ on top of the 3000 I put down on the car less than 3 months ago. take my advice and stay away from these crooks. their karma is coming.
