Deserves Zero Stars!

I went here this afternoon and, after waiting for 20 minutes, the representative called me over and said they were going to start working on the oil change.

While I was aleady frustrated that I`d been waiting so long, he then told me that they needed to flush the oil out of the engine. He said, ""someone has put in the wrong oil."" Well, my dealer has done every oil change, every 3000 miles, since I bought t... view morehe car!

So, explain to me how my dealer had been putting in the wrong oil? The rep telling me this doesn`t have anything to do with the fact that it would have cost me $40 to get the engine flushed???

Then, when I told the rep to just give me the basic oil change and let me leave, he said it would be $38, which is more than what the Hyundai dealer charges me! When I reminded him of this all he could say was, ""but do you have to make an appointment?""

Ok, so I guess Jiffy Lubes high prices, long waits, and rip off extras are all ok because you don`t have to make an appointment. Hmm...I think I`d rather make an appointment with the dealer and avoid Jiffy Lube`s like the plague!
