I want people to know that I am not writing this review out of anger. I really think place should be avoided. They overcharge, do an average job, and will fleece you when you are most vulnerable. Chances are you will land in their shop by getting your car towed for repair because they are the people for most insurance companies including Geico. They do a great job of towing but please do not get the car towed there. ... view moreMy car broke down once and I got them to tow it to their shop. You would not believe how much they charged me for a starter and battery. I was stuck and coughed it up. What made it worse was that I had to replace the starter in one year. I suspect bad parts (used or rebuilt) being used and charging for new. They overcharge for labor and they offer only 3 month warranty on their work. In car terms, you might as well fix the car yourself even if you don`t know how, and would still end up having better results. Use the tow (if it is free), forget the shop. Trust me, Chicago has much better and more honest repair shops than this one.
