Great Service - poor employee relations

They did a great job on my car - very happy with that... However, the way they treated this one mechanic was really nasty... he came in to get his pay and was told that they weren`t going to pay him because ""frank"" did not put him in the system... this guy worked and did a great job on my car and they didn`t pay him... bad PR people..
