Dont Pay their Bills

On Oct-10-2009 Pcmd Enterprises (Ramiro Tech) provided computer service to Comtempo Auto located on 5119 W Ogden Av Cicero, Il 60804 the costumer call (GEORGE GUZMAN) requesting service to replace two old computer and data transfer from old pc to a new computer, costumer has a big database of pictures of cars with damage and a large database of pathways (20 GB) witch is there software to create estimate and invoice. ... view moreThe job toke 6:30 hrs on Thursday the 15 of Oct and 6:30 hrs on Friday 16 of Oct, Day one Replace 2 Windows servers with Windows Xp Pro system, migrate data (20 GB) to new Pc, reconfigure network drive on 5 computers, at the end of day one everything was working and we left copying pictures files over the network, the only thing left was to comeback on the next day (Friday Day 2) to unplug one of the old servers, but when I got to the job site Frank Guzman the manager notice the pathways database was getting corrupted. Day 2 I spend close to 5 hours on the phone with Pathways tech support in rebuilding pathways database and reloading pathways software on their entire computer total of 5 due to the data corruption, at the end of day 2 customers were satisfied with all the work. I been talking to George Guzmans who call us to get this job done, after several time tying to collect the outstanding balance and refusing to pay. Job is done and now they dont want to pay.
