STAY AWAY!!!!! This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I traded in my vehicle for 11,000 and paid cash for the remaining 16,000. I overnighted them my title for my trade and upon receiving the new BMW I purchased from them, they REFUSED to give me the title. They had my car, my title, and 16K cash in their position for over 2 months and I received no title. Then, JOHN LANDEM refused to take my cal... view morels or texts when I was trying to get the title for the BMW from him so I had to file a LAWSUIT. After more than two months, lawyer fees, and a lawsuit, I finally received my title. BUYER BEWARE this dealership is AWFUL. John Landem is the general manager and completely unprofessional and shady in his business practices. I would strongly advise that NO ONE ever buy a car from this place.
