my car broke down in cresthill and i live in new lenox. i called this towing and the woman couldnt be nicer. i had to wait until i got back to cresthill just to make sure my car was still there and when i called to let them know i was ready for my tow she said she`d have the truck out within the hour and she would call the driver right away. he was there within twenty minutes and he was extremely nice and personable ... view moreas well as professional. I would recommend this towing to anyone. plus their rate was reasonable. thanks for everything. i can`t say the name of the towing service because it`s saying i`m using profanity, so you`ll have to look at the name at the top lol
